"The South Carolina Supreme Court has set a date to hear a local group’s challenge to the City of Myrtle Beach’s helmet law that many think is the main reason biker attendance was so low in 2009.

According to the court’s website, the hearing is scheduled for Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. in Columbia."
