The Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court has sent a memorandum to the localities of South Carolina plainly stating that Administrative Hearing Courts are unconstitutional. You may read Chief Justice Jean Hoefer Toal's City or County Administrative Hearing Courts Memorandum for yourself right here or at http://fastfreds.com.

I would speculate the City of Myrtle Beach will have some problems when our beef reaches the State Supreme Court based upon this memorandum from our Chief Justice.

I am really looking forward to my upcoming day in court. Photos from the Myrtle Beach Freedom Ride will post soon as I recently regained possession of my camera.
