Some time ago while reading Tom McGrath's Motorcycle Law Group website, I came across an excellent article on motorcycle insurance.  It explains some little-known details of how this works when someone hits YOU, how YOUR liability, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist insurance can take care of YOUR bills.  I did not know about this before, so I wanted to share this information with ABATE members and other bikers.  It is well worth the two minutes it will take to read the article, and will cost almost nothing extra in premiums to adjust your motorcycle insurance policy to the recommendations.
